Chakra Alignment Breathing Exercise
1. Begin by finding a comfortable seated position. Take a few moments to connect with your breath.
2. Place your hands on your lap, palms facing up, and begin to focus on your crown chakra located at the top of your head. Inhale deeply and imagine a golden light radiating from the top of your head and entering your body.
3. As you exhale, slowly draw the golden light down to the third eye chakra located between your eyebrows. Feel the golden light travel down your forehead and settle in the third eye. Inhale deeply and focus on the energy of the third eye, feeling the light expand and grow.
4. As you exhale, slowly draw the golden light down to the throat chakra located at the base of your throat. Feel the golden light travel down your neck and settle in the throat. Inhale deeply and focus on the energy of the throat, feeling the light expand and grow.
5. As you exhale, slowly draw the golden light down to the heart chakra located in the center of your chest. Feel the golden light travel down your chest and settle in the heart. Inhale deeply and focus on the energy of the heart, feeling the light expand and grow.
6. As you exhale, slowly draw the golden light down to the solar plexus chakra located in the center of your abdomen. Feel the golden light travel down your abdomen and settle in the solar plexus. Inhale deeply and focus on the energy of the solar plexus, feeling the light expand and grow.
7. As you exhale, slowly draw the golden light down to the sacral chakra located in the center of your lower abdomen. Feel the golden light travel down your lower abdomen and settle in the sacral. Inhale deeply and focus on the energy of the sacral, feeling the light expand and grow.
8. As you exhale, slowly draw the golden light down to the root chakra located at the base of your spine. Feel the golden light travel down your spine and settle in the root. Inhale deeply and focus on the energy of the root, feeling the light expand and grow.
9. As you exhale, allow the golden light to travel through each of the chakras, connecting them to each other and forming a complete circuit of energy. Feel the energy of the chakras radiating outward from your body and connecting with the energy of the universe.
10. Take a few moments to absorb the energy of the chakras, breathing deeply and feeling the connection between each of the chakras and the universe.
11. When you are ready, begin to slowly breathe in and out, focusing on the energy of the chakras and allowing them to align with each other.
12. With each breath, feel the energy of the chakras growing stronger and more connected. Feel the energy of each chakra flowing freely throughout your entire body.
13. Spend a few minutes continuing to focus on the alignment of the chakras, breathing deeply and allowing the energy to flow freely.
14. When you are ready, slowly bring your focus back to your breath, and then open your eyes. Take a few moments to absorb the energy that you have just experienced.
15. Repeat these steps daily for chakra alignment. Namaste
